The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

Koans Kuhstall consists of the first floor of the former stables and an extension. It is part of a complex of farm buildings dating back to 1610 and is located in a small, peaceful village with direct access to hiking and cycling paths. We have tried to create a cosy and comfortable space for you - ideal for families, couples or simply someone looking for some peace and quiet. Since we live next door, we are always at hand should you need anything.

Ideal for business travelers: The property offers fast Internet access, easy check-in and a comfortable laptop workspace. You can reach the city center of Marburg and the main train station in about 10 minutes by car or comfortably by bus; the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away.

Das Schlafzimmer im ruhigeren Teil des Hauses bietet einen wundervollen Blick auf den Biedenköpfer Wald. Eine schöne Leseecke und ein bequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind der Raum für entspannte Momente.

From here you can get in with your partner directly into the nature of the Lahn-Dill mountain country. The surrounding area is ideal for day trips. We invite you to enjoy our lovely Region.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Here you can stay in an exceptional location. You have the opportunity to grill or have breakfast on the small terrace. The feeling of freedom and adventure, something very special. If desired, you will also get a yoga hour of a special kind, as a yoga hike in our beautiful nature. My wife is a trained yoga teacher.
