Very quiet 1 room studio-flat on the ground floor of a charming stone and brick house with a private garden, in the city centre of Albi (twelve minutes walk from the cathedral and the old city centre, 5 mn from the railway station and 4 mn from the university ), it includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 armchairs and a small table to relax after visiting , opening on the little garden, an open kitchen, a table to eat or work and a big bathroom (shower+ bath) as well as separate toilets.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Cette maisonnette dispose d'une place de parking sécurisée "caméra" de sécurité sur la cour, un jardin privé dans lequel se trouve une table afin d’accueillir vos repas au soleil. Ainsi qu’un barbecue pour vos repas d’été. Petit déjeuner (café, thé, chocolat, diverses sucreries). Une climatisation réversible est présente dans la maison. L’entrée se fait librement (boîte à clef sécurisée). Une place de parking vous est également réservée.

Located east of Toulouse (6 km from Place du Capitole), in the Cyprié district, close to shops and buses that take you to the Balma-Gramont metro station. Free parking in front of the house. Small terrace.

You want to gain height for an evening, a weekend or more. Enjoy the calm of the peaks with the Canopy. You can relax with two or more in its Nordic bath, private sauna with chromotherapy, billiards and arcade terminal.
