You will find all the comforts: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, toiletries, baby equipment...

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-storey Percheron farmhouse: living room with fitted kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, double sofa bed (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to a wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bath), WC.

In the middle of the countryside, the guest house will seduce you with its location, the charm of the place, its comfort, its calm. There are many hiking trails from the guest house. The village and its many shops are easily accessible on foot, about a quarter of an hour by the small roads. Bretoncelles train station (Paris–Le Mans line) is 1 km from the house.
