The beautiful landscape can be explored on foot, by bike or motorcycle. You can start directly from the front door. Vacation feelings like in Tuscany, only here everything is still beautifully green with pastures and meadows. Attractions: Rodenstein Castle Ruins & Falling Cliff. Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and supermarket are within easy walking distance.

Living in a farmhouse

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Easy access via A3, A45, and the four-lane B469. The historic old towns of Seligenstadt, Miltenberg, and Aschaffenburg are just a short drive away. 10 Min to Aschaffenburg, 35 min to Frankfurt/Main by car.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Stay in a historic farmhouse

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in an authentic courtyard you will find everything you are looking for to immerse yourself in a break. My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)
