Als eine Alternative zum Hotel bieten wir exklusive Appartements in modernem Wohnambiente für Kurz- und Langzeitgäste an. Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Unmittelbar in der Nähe von unserem Boardinghouse: - 3 Lebensmittelmärkte (REWE, ALDI, LIDL) in ca. 100 m Entfernung - Tankstellen, das Mainufer, der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle - ca. 8 km mit dem Auto nach Aschaffenburg

Living in a farmhouse

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as a office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Artist apartment with very good amenities

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Apartment in Walldürn with fantastic garden

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.

Beautiful apartment for the whole family

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 € pro Tier.
