Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Located in the seaside resort of Coudeville sur Mer, bordering St Martin de Bréhal, this pretty house offers quality services. A large, fully enclosed garden will delight young and old. Free street parking in front of the house. 10 min walk from the shops of St Martin (restaurants, bakery, grocery store, etc.)

On the first floor of our observatory house, enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.
