Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Just 10 minutes from the sea, this magnificent cottage offers every comfort, including a private spa and a 200m² private, fenced garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed , a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there's a living room and a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Cleaning is included in the price.
