The property has 2 parking spaces in an enclosed courtyard (video). The property has a pond where you can walk and see🦆🐿️ squirrels. We provide sheets and towels.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

A terrace of 15 m2.
