Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

La Baita can only be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the car park. PLEASE NOTE: in the colder months, the chalet is heated only by the wood-burning stove; there is no other method of heating.
