Great apartment, Giacomo is the perfect host

Great place to stay that’s only 30 minutes from downtown Florence. Trust me, you don’t want to be downtown every day. This area is much quieter yet complete with everything from restaurants on both sides of the apartment, plus a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. To get downtown you can take the #27 bus to Nenni station, then the T1 tram to downtown. Or you can walk 15 minutes to the Aldo Moro T1 station. If you’re coming from the airport, take the T2 downtown then work backwards. Host is very responsive and helpful, we locked ourselves out and they responded less than 15 minutes!!! We stayed at Julian’s beautiful place together with my boyfriend for 9 days. It was a great pleasure! The apartment was really big and comfortable, not to mention the original vintage character that really upped our Italian holiday. It is a really good place to stay if You want to visit Tuscany by car - all the beautiful cities and sights like Siena, San Gimigniano, Florence or Chianti Valley are really easy to get to. The place is really peaceful and quiet with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves from the window. The hosts Julian and Anna were very welcoming and helpful with lots of tips on how and where to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Julian’s place to anyone who wants to experience a real Tuscan holiday!
