Cedric’s place is really delightful. The decor is so beautiful and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi was very fast and reliable. The kitchen and bathroom were both fantastic. It was a very easy walk to the town and main attractions and we were right near the beautiful river. The view was unforgettable. Frederic was so kind to give us a lift to and from the station because it was a bit rainy. As a host, Cedric was absolutely delightful! He was witty and interesting, and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, even arranging for us to leave our luggage at the apartment after checkout time, so we could make sure to see the clock tower.

Beautiful and spacious place, very beautiful environment and different activities to do on site (billiards, pinball, swimming pool, kayak, pétanque, etc.). Above all, you have to take the opportunity to visit and taste excellent craft beers brewed next to the cottage! I recommend this place for groups of about fifteen people, 2.5 hours from Paris by car.

Great apartment very well thought out, full of small everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1m away. One of the best bakery I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, the communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend at this house, which is even better than in the photos! We were hosted very well by Eric who was very attentive to us and took care to make sure everything went smoothly ☺️ Eric and Carine's kindness (and also thanks to their beautiful home!) helped make my birthday weekend magical, perfect and memorable! The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. Flexible schedules are appreciated. In short, everything went very well. We love the area and will be back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Thérèse.

Very good accommodation for people working during the day. Pleasant and peaceful area. Annick and Patrick received us very well. We had a wonderful stay at their cottage. Our kids loved to pedal with the little tractor and they enjoyed the beautiful exterior. We were able to do many excursions in the area.

We had a lovely time in the house which is large and very beautifully decorated. The garden is very large with a lovely view . The place is relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and the children's area upstairs with plenty of toys. We were well hosted by Sylvie.

Ouch! Little couac! 289 glowing reviews and no one has noted the absence of a salad dryer in the kitchen. Does everyone have salad in a bag or something? Like Nathalie!!! It took him a few minutes to bring one, then we shared an aperitif and even more..., then the barbecue and finally the salad! Thank you Nathalie for your conviviality.
