The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Tawney's is a luxurious, single-story bungalow set in the heart of the Sussex countryside; beside Blacklands Farm Campsite. The fully headed bungalow has one double bedroom, bathroom, a very spacious living area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen/diner with french windows out to a secluded garden. This modern large open plan Eco house is quietly tucked away behind electric gates set back from the road but still close to the seaside and shops. People often say that they never knew a house was there! An added bonus is the free off street parking for up to 3 cars, and an EV charger which can be used overnight at a small additional charge. There is everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay - yet we are right in the heart of Hove with shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs galore.

Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.

The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.

A cosy open plan house with lovely views over the south downs, well situated with easy access to Brighton town centre and the sea (10 mins drive) or a bus/cycle and also 10 mins to lovely walks on the south downs. 3 mins to Asda and to independent shops in 5 ways. Quiet area with free street parking. Lovely garden and terrace. Just a nice place to be in Brighton!

Stylish and airy bungalow Hove, garden + parking

Light, bright and beautifully renovated 1930's bungalow with Mid - Century modern design. We are in a lovely friendly area in West Hove/Hangleton just 10 minutes drive to Hove seafront which has great beach and restaurants. Local shops are a few minutes away, and Hove Park which has a great cafe, playground and tennis courts is a 4 minute drive.

Entire little orange bungalow, 10 mins from beach

This comfortable bungalow being situated in Southwick makes for an excellent low cost visit to Brighton and surrounding areas as it's easy to travel in (train or bus both direct, cheap and quick) but cheaper to rent and away from the noisy aspect of the city! You also have the choice of the quieter end of the beach!
