Light, spacious balcony flat with great views!

A spacious, light flat with fantastic views and great sunsets from the balcony or roof terrace. Lovely for walks on the downs or events at the racecourse. Also great for Kemptown or the seafront. Easy to get to any part of Brighton by public transport or taxi. Free street parking. Please note, our views are great and it is lovely and peaceful but we are not in the heart of town, which can be noisy. Most guests are very happy but if you want a super central location, best to book elsewhere :)
