The flat sleeps 2 with the bonus of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 2.30 pm but flexibility to drop off bags earlier. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
