It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. We live on site, so this is not a place for locals to host parties.
