We are so happy to have added this property. We have been hosting happy guests in Park City for 15 years now. Our new 2 bed and 2 1/2 baths place is ready for your vacation. Located at the Park Avenue condominiums, our home is 1,500 square feet of comfort. Large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table downstairs. Also downstairs is the great room. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with its own full private bath. Private parking in our carport. With amenities so close that the car can stay parked.

All four resorts can be reached within 10-15 minutes. The ski bus stop is just outside the condo complex entrance, and the airport is 20 minutes away.
