Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

In our apartment you can enjoy your vacation directly after entering.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Our modern apartment is located in Meineringhausen in a district of Korbach (5 minutes by car). The rural area invites you to hike, cycle and do other sporting activities. If you are enthusiastic about cycling, you should definitely use the 200 m long cycle path from Korbach to Lake Edersee. It takes 20-30 minutes by car to get to Edersee, Twistersee or Diemelsee. The popular towns of Willingen/Winterberg can be reached in 30 or 40 minutes by car.

Welcome to our little time-out. Our 45 sqm apartment is located right on the edge of the forest, not far from the Brilon ski slope. From here you can go hiking (Rothaarsteig), cycling or activities in nearby Willingen. The center of the cozy Brilon old town is a 15-minute walk. With 6500 m² of water, Brilon has the largest forest outdoor pool in North Rhine-Westphalia and can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
