Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

The market square, the starting point of the "Rothaarsteig", is also just a few metres away. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

A little time out

Welcome to our little time-out. Our 45 sqm apartment is located right on the edge of the forest, not far from the Brilon ski slope. From here you can go hiking (Rothaarsteig), cycling or activities in nearby Willingen. The center of the cozy Brilon old town is a 15-minute walk. With 6500 m² of water, Brilon has the largest forest outdoor pool in North Rhine-Westphalia and can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

Our apartment offers you a wonderful view of the Sauerland directly in the center of the historic Hanseatic town of Rüthen. It has a fully equipped apartment, free Wi-Fi and private parking. The newly renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cooking evenings. You can relax on the balcony facing south.
