The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The apartment is composed of a large living room/kitchen, a bedroom upstairs open to the bathroom, a bedroom downstairs and another separate shower, 2 toilets. The apartment has all the comforts you need (dishwasher, dryer etc). It is located next to shops (bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants) and close to Lyon (15 km). The apartment is quiet and has an extra air conditioner.

The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access.
