We are in Zicatela , 1 block from the new Market and one block from the Beach with a Amazing view, we have a small little kitchen for simple things, coffe machine with coffee, Alkaline water filter for safe drinking, hot water, ac, good speed wifi, fiber optic best in Puerto and a roof hang out area with starlink wifi as well! you can do yoga or watch the sunset, work, hang out with amazing ocean view ! Beautiful, airy, bright 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment located 5 minutes from the beach by car or scooter. Each bedroom has a comfy king sized bed, their own bathroom and shower, a full kitchen, and lovely minimalist living area. Floor to ceiling tropical wood folding doors cover the face of the apartment to permit a cool breeze with full sunlight. Includes a large shared terrace with a gas grill, hammocks, dining area, and coffee area. There is also a shared pool, with lounge chairs.

In the garden there is a dippool to refresh and loungechairs.
