Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In the heart of a small farmhouse under renovation, we welcome you in a cozy and quiet space close to a peaceful river: ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the countryside while enjoying the village and its shops within walking distance. Morannes-Sarthe station, which takes you to Angers, Nantes or Paris, is also less than a 5-minute walk away. Small house perfect for a stay as a couple, an extra bed can accommodate up to 4 people.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

You will be welcomed in a house of 80 m² with a living room of 35 m² with wood stove and an open kitchen. Everything you need for cooking is available (induction hob, microwave/oven, Nespresso, traditional coffee maker and filters). The bathroom is composed of a shower, washing machine, vanity plan and storage. It has 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. The house has a toilet separate from the bathroom.
