This lovely 2 story suite is located on the 4th & 5th floor of a heritage building on the harbourfront in uptown. The 4th-floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, large windows that offer a view of the surrounding historic buildings, and the busy harbor from the balcony! The 5th floor opens to a large bedroom with a King-size bed, a Jacuzzi and fantastic harbor views. There is plenty of space for you and your significant other! Everything you can need is within walking distance.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the heart of downtown Fredericton. Attached to our own historic home built in 1873, it offers 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. In short walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops as well as parks and trails! The apartment is completely separate with it's own driveway and entrance. Historic charm with brand new amenities! 11 foot ceilings, original trim and floors, front porch, bbq and garden!
