Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The approximately 78 m² 3-room apartment is fully furnished. Almost all furniture and electrical devices were newly purchased in 2023. The bathroom was newly renovated in early 2023. Bus and train connections to Hanau, Frankfurt am Main or the airport are within walking distance in a few minutes. Dogs are allowed after consultation with the host. Families with children and bikers are welcome. The mopeds can safely park in the yard.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Via the directly adjacent A66, you can reach the A45 from Bruchköbel and thus the highway connections to the north and south in five minutes.
