Federica was an impeccable host. Always very kind, helpful, precise and clear in directions. The house is very clean, very comfortable, well equipped, quiet and with a splendid view.

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Silvia’s place for a couple of weeks for a family holiday with 2 kids and had a very nice stay. Ut was sufficient room for all of us and the kids loved the garden. Very close and easy access to the station with direct link to Florence, pisa and Sienna. Silvia and Lorenzo were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would highly recommend.
