Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, as well as a sauna. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with bathroom, a guest toilet and a large living and dining area with fireplace, kitchen, dining table, TV and a sofa/sleeper for 2 persons. The large terrace offers a fantastic mountain view of the Hohe Tauern.

The furnishings have been designed with great attention to detail, trying to preserve the traditional and combine the old with the modern.
