Tiniest house of Zwijnaarde

Do you need a place to spend the night close to Ghent? This tiny house has everything you need (bed, bathroom 2sqm, living room 4sqm with mini fridge, micowave, small desk). It's located in the garden of the host, but the tiny house is completely private. It's super easily accessible by car and by public transport (12 minutes to the train station, 22 minutes to the city centre of Ghent). There are also electrical bikes available in the street. Nearby there's a bakery and several restaurants.

Het berkenhuis is momenteel geschikt voor één gezin. We hebben een volledig nieuwe ingerichte slaapkamer en volledige nieuwe badkamer die voldoet aan alle eisen. De leefruimte is voorzien van een open keuken met alle benodigdheden zoals een microgolf oven, kookplaats, grote frigo met diepvries, waterkoker, koffiezet. Daarnaast kan je ook genieten van een fantastisch mooie tuin voorzien van tuinset en ligzetels. Zo kan je optimaal ontspannen of 's ochtends genieten van een ontbijtje in de zon.

Holiday home is tastefully decorated in Ruddervoorde Oostkamp. Local bakery 2 minutes walk away. Centrally located 20 minutes from Bruges, Ghent, Kortrijk and Rijsel Lille. Various restaurants in the area. Kichinette induction micro and airfryer outside and bbq possible but limited. Ideal to relax in nature in the middle of walking and cycling routes. Jacuzzi is included free of charge in the price. (max 1 .5hour/day). Welcome to the cozy house! There is already a cooled bottle ready!

Complete apartment separated from the house. Tourism tax and maintenance fees are included! You can check in by yourself with a key in a keylock. Only 2 km from Bruges. Free parking in the parking place. Free Wi-Fi with a private connection and free bicycles! Very quiet neighbourhood. Only 400 m further there is a warehouse, a restaurant and a cafe. Schuurloft 'Hoftenbogaerde' is gelegen in Snellegem, in de vlakke polders van het Brugse Ommeland. De gerenoveerde koestal is de ideale plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur, om op locatie -met view- te telewerken of om de omgeving te ontdekken per fiets of te voet. Het prachtige Brugge en de kust liggen op slechts 10 en 15 kilometer. Ons zwembad delen we graag met onze gasten, mits wat overleg!(mei- sept)
