Lovely house in a quiet part of town. Lovely and warm and nicely laid out. Comfy beds. Perfect for a long weekend visiting Koksijde.

We had a wonderful week with the family just a short walk to the beach. the sun was at the rendezvous all week! Highly responsive host, flexible check-in and checkout. Clean accommodation. small garden and very nice terrace. high chair and crib present. only small negative point, the outdoor amenities were not yet available (they are from mid-May). anyway, I would recommend it without hesitation! Excellent welcome from Francis. We had a great time in Avignon. The house, located 250 meters from the beach, was better than in the photos, with warm hardwood floors. Very practical and well-appointed house.

We had a very nice stay in a nice, quiet place on the water. The cottage is located on a beautiful park that is equipped with all comforts. Check-in and check-out were very easy! The listing was a little unclear about the final cost and the deposit is very on the high side. Although it was not entirely clear, Diana helped me as well as possible and the cottage fully met our expectations!

Nice area and really big house. Was really quick walk into town and to train station. The only thing I would say was the water wasn’t very hot when showering, but other than that he was really responsive and I think it was a good price too!

Fantastic place for a great weekend! The house sight looks exactly as shown in the pictures! Everything is there. For 10 people, the house is more than enough. A car is definitely needed to get around here. But it's only 20 minutes to Brugges.

A beautiful house on a great location! The garden is large and completely fenced. Plenty to do in the area and by bike you can reach the beach in no time. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

What a nice location to spend a long weekend with our children and grandchildren (13 total). Everything is available, great kitchen with ditto equipment, nice spacious living room , lovely beds and comfortable bathrooms. Pool was a party for everyone. Next year again!!

Great place to rent in the area, especially suitable for a family or two. We truly enjoyed our stay! Johan’s semi-detached house indeed has everything you might need: a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a driveway for multiple cars, a meticulously maintained yard, and even a conveniently located garbage disposal area just 250m down the road. It’s also a pleasant walk to the beach, with shops nearby for groceries and fresh bread. The host is remarkably organized, providing a very comprehensive printed manual outlining every imaginable detail you might (or might not) need - including exactly how to arrange used sheets, towels, windows, shutters, and even the precise state of the umbrella - ensuring you leave fully confident you’ve met all expectations. The neighbor is also cheerful, attentive and observant, always keeping a close eye on the driveway, adding an extra layer of security and making this Airbnb experience truly unforgettable. A genuine pleasure, fully recommended!

The proposed house is beautiful and very pleasant to live in. The house is very well equipped, whether in terms of the kitchen, living rooms or bathroom. The bedding is impeccable. We felt right at home. Sofie is a charming host and very responsive if you have any questions. We felt right at home. It also offers a multitude of interesting places or places to discover. W-A-T a house in a quiet, green area! Everything has been thought of - everything is available. For young and old a very nice property to enjoy in. Beautiful rooms with private sanitary facilities, opportunity for the children to sleep together, relaxation inside and outside, in the middle of the green with fun activities nearby. HIGHLY recommended! We have filled our heart with wonderful (family)memories.

Very good stay in this beautiful house! True to the photos, this house is perfect for a quiet family time enjoying the pool and surroundings.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Corinne and Peter are fantastic hosts as you wish. The place is really outstanding. Everything is in very good quality and very spacious. We felt very comfortable as a family with children and pets. You do not have to bring water and/or coffee and can be used free of charge. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place. I was also happy to pay the price for just one family, because it was really worth it;-) Thanks for everything

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.

Place is amazing, rooms are decent sizes all with ensuites. kitchen is huge, great social space. can confirm the pool was freezing when not heated 😂😂😂

Lovely property within easy reach of Bruges. Also don’t miss out on Damme which we discovered too late but has lots of restaurants and is very close.
