Appt très lumineux, à 5mn à pied de l'arrêt de tram C "La Vache" qui vous amènera en 15mn à la place des Quinconces (plein centre-ville de Bdx) ! Place de parking. Grande terrasse aménagée. Une grande zone commerciale est à 5mn en voiture et un supermarché à 10mn à pied. 1ère plage (Le Porge) à 50mn de voiture. Enfin, le lac de Bordeaux est à environ 15mn de marche. L’appartement est entièrement équipé. Flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.
