The renovation of the house was completed in July 2013, all the furnishings and fixtures are new. Elevator is available Breakfast is not available . Elevator is available from the garage to the garden floor . The most beautiful view of Como Lake

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. And if you don't know what to expect, ask George (Clooney) for some suggestions. I am a sommelier, and I can also organize a tasting of Italian wines for you!

In contesto storico del 700' abitazione posta a piano terra con vista lago. Ristrutturata e arredata con complementi di design italiano. La cucina ricavata nella roccia di Moltrasio rende fresco l'ambiente nei mesi estivi. Camera da letto con cabina armadio e bagno padronale. Soggiorno con divano letto e bagno di servizio. Entrambe dotate di tv, wi-fi e riscaldamento a pavimento.Terrazza pubblica in pietra davanti alla casa. La tassa di soggiorno(2,50 € per persona) è esclusa dal prezzo.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

Ubicato tra i tetti della cattedrale di Como, in un contesto del 500’,recentemente ristrutturato,questo delizioso e moderno appartamento su due livelli e‘composto da un ampio soggiorno con divano, due poltrone, una chaise longe e una cucina attrezzata e bagno con vasca doccia.
