Holiday rentals in Brunswick West

Lovely one bed apartment right by public transit and near Sydney Road. Double glazing keeps the noise down for when you need to sleep. Was perfect for our stay in Brunswick.

Kate’s place was clean, cosy and very convenient. She always responded quickly. It is a close proximity to Sydney Road and all cool Brunswick cafes. Great choice.

Great spot - quite noisy for me (but I don’t live in the city so extra sensitive!) but thankfully Trish bought a large fan for the white noise to help me sleep with the traffic and tram noise. Beautifully decorated and SUPER handy to everything you need and plenty of free off street parking xxx

We had a wonderful stay at Lilli's place. Lilli was an excellent host, super responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is lovely, everything we needed for cooking was available and a very comfortable set up. We really appreciated some toy for our little one too! We couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We plan to come back!

This home was ideal for our family with older teens—it was conveniently located near Fitzroy, the Melbourne CBD, and the fantastic Melbourne City Trail. The house was comfortable, and we’d happily stay again. On-street parking was no issue. I highly recommend it for a convenient, comfy Melbourne stay!

Sina and Elena were wonderful hosts, they replied to our messages quickly and were very helpful. The place was excellent, quiet, with all the mod cons (TV, new fridge, clean over/stove, new washer and dryer, comfy bed). My partner Seb and I stayed there for 2 months, and we had no issues, everything was clean and worked well. The air conditioning was a dream during the hottest months. The location was wonderful - I'd never lived in Brunswick West, it was a 23 min walk (which felt like a 15 min walk) or 7 min bus ride to Sydney Road which has absolutely everything you need - food, bars, chemist, banks, stores of every kind and culture. It was the best road ever! Transport into the city was excellent, the 86 tram was in front of the apartment, there were frequent buses to Northcote and Brunswick. Neighbours were friendly and helpful too (re rubbish/recycling). I highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again! Many thanks to Sina and Elena, Vidya and Seb

Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

I was greeted with such happy positive energy. Mel had made my first time seamless. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit with the most stunning view! Mel is a treasure
