“A nice accommodation, where you can feel right at home. Noteworthy is the outstanding hospitality of Rosi and her husband. We only spent one night there and yet it was hard to say goodbye to these very warm hosts. Also to be highlighted is the delicious and for Italy unusually rich and varied breakfast. The place itself is very quiet, so we were glad that the two of us could recommend a nice restaurant in the immediate vicinity. This accommodation was a very round end to our Italian itinerary and I like to remember this stop.”
Affitto il mio alloggio per offrire la possibilita' di visitare il bel Ticino, le montagne, i laghi ed i sentieri meravigliosi nei dintorni.
“The apartment is very nice and equipped with all comforts. The view from the small terrace is wonderful, perfect for romantic breakfasts. A little inconvenient if you have to reach Lugano every day, which is 20 minutes away (15 of which are hairpin bends). If you want a relaxing weekend of tranquility, it is perfect. Marie Louise was very efficient and welcoming, excellent communication. I would say it is a structure to recommend!”

“Nicholas was an exceptional host! The property was absolutely perfect, just as the photos show. There were many thoughtful touches including candles and a wine fridge for wine and champagne for purchase. The property is located in a charming village up in the hills overlooking Lake Lugano. While the property itself does not have a direct view of the lake, the village has many wonderful places from which to enjoy the view. We loved how the property was nestled in the village, which was an easy 25 minute walk to Ponte Tresa (a bit more effort walking back up) where you can enjoy the local restaurants, take a walk along the lake or just pick up groceries. In the village there are so many quaint streets and beautiful mosaic artworks of the Stations of the Cross to explore. Finding all 14 (and the 15th of the doves) was a wonderful way to explore the village by foot. Nicholas’ property was a perfect respite for enjoying a home cooked meal...the kitchen had an abundance of amenities, and the garden was the beautifully manicured and a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the living area was perfect for settling in to watch a movie. We highly recommend Nicholas’ place and would definitely stay here again!”
