Studio with living room, desk space, bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (walk-in shower) located at the edge of Margijsbos. You have access to a private terrace and a yard with sunbeds. Ideal for nature lovers as the area is well known for its mountain bike parcours and hikes into the rolling fields. Only 5 min away from the largest wood of Flanders (Meerdaalwoud). Leuven is 16 min drive away. Brussels 20 min, as well as Zaventem airport. Nearest highway exit (E40) is a 10min drive.

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! Our studio has its own entrance and is completely independent. Our "guest suite" is adjacent to our home, newly renovated, on the ground floor and has a cool terrace. This studio is equipped with a bed area, a shower room, a kitchenette, and a living area where the sofa unfolds into a double bed. Our neighborhood is residential and quiet. It is well connected to public transport (bus 95, bus 34, bus 36 and tram 81). We are located in Etterbeek.
