Just at .6 miles to the Alarka Boat Ramp & Marina, less than ten miles to downtown Bryson City, 20 minutes to Nantahala Outdoor Center, under 20 miles to Cherokee & Harrah's casino, 30 miles to The Dragon's Tail. At 4000+ feet & only a 10 min walk to town on the Rhododendron Trail. Totally renovated 2017!! Light & sunny 3 bed/2 bath, 750 sq. ft. Originally built by my wife's g-grandmother in the 1940's. Floor to ceiling shiplap, 17 ft. ceilings, hardwoods, reclaimed barn wood, custom fixtures, heated marble/slate bath floors, tankless water heater, gas fireplace, porch, Wifi, TV, washer/dryer, kitchenette. Beautiful gardens! Classic Highlands charm with modern comforts! Hike, fish, shop, or relax!
