Close to a beautiful 500 m beach that offers crystal clear sea and a blue flag of cleanliness. There are two beach bars and restaurants on the beach. The villa can accommodate 10 people, has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, toilet, large living room and kitchen, barbecue and swimming pool. The location of the villa is quiet and offers a wonderful vacation for the whole family and company. Near the ferry port for Cres and Rab.

Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

One bathroom/toilet and one extra toilet. Barbecue,free Wifi,dishwasher... Villa has 4 more apartments so the other guests use the swimming pool as well (open from 8 am until 8 pm).

Unser Appartement YELLOW befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und hat von den Schlafzimmern ausgehend einen großzügigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The beautiful holiday house Linna is located in Pinezići. It has a large swimming pool and a breath-taking seaview. It is located close to the sea. The house has a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside of the house there is a covered terrace and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a free wifi. Pets are welcome.

Beautiful apartment in Njivice on the island of Krk for 4 persons, only 500 m from the sea. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a pull-out bed for two persons.
