It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

*Groups of young people under 26 are not allowed. Located just 4 km from the pebble beaches and turquoise sea of Rabac, Villa Manola is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The villa is in the small settlement of Ripenda, near Labin, offering complete privacy. The fully fenced property features a 38 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating.
