Villa Solaris green oasis, heated pool, IR sauna

Villa Solaris a newly renovated, over 200 years old stone house. It has 2 stunning balconies, with breathtaking sea views and view over private green Mediterranean garden. In garden house you can relax in private IR sauna (max temperature 75°C), cook or grill your dinner in fully equipped kitchen located by the private 8 by 4 m big heated salt water pool. Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Thank you for checking out our apartments. We are located in Linardici, on Krk island (between bigger centers Malinska and Krk). The apartments have two floors and a big terrace with a pool and a stunning sea view. The apartments are great for families with children, couples and a group of friends. They can host up to 10 persons (5 per apartment). Your pets are welcome. The beaches are approx 2 km away. Nearby there are restaurants offering local specialties. The grocery shop is within 1 km.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Villa Sara is a newly built house in the Krk Island region, located in village Linardići. Town of Krk or Malinska are 12 km from the property and Baška is 30 km from this holiday home. This 5- star holiday home features 3 bedrooms each with SAT TV and it's own bathroom, full equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a toilet. Villa Sara is air- conditioned accomodation, features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private parking.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
