We stayed with Nicole for the second time and had a very nice time again. The large terrace is just beautiful and our favorite place where you can relax wonderfully:-)

We had a great time, the place was excellent and matched the description. Communication with Marius was also flawless, he was always available and responded quickly to problems.

the house is located in a beautiful place in the mountains ! Beautiful garden and plenty of space in the house :) I have never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in an airbnb! Ines was very helpful and also invited me to a glass of wine in the garden. Thank you ines and erik for the nice time! highly recommended !!

It was a really nice holiday! The swimming pool and indoor playground were the highlights for the kids, which were not small despite the day on the slopes. For the adults, the sauna and wellness offer was great 👍🏼 Only the cleanliness of the functional kitchen left a little to be desired. But otherwise the apartment has everything you need- balcony, great view and we had bombs weather so we could really enjoy the balcony for sunbathing! The ski bus stop is also easily accessible for children with ski boots and the ski cellar with rental and the possibility of ski and board navigation is very comfortable.

Once again, all was great!

Elke & Ingo are both very sweet, quiet people. You are at home as a guest and you can feel at home there. Beautiful view, Very quiet. Personal highlight: the cows right next door, which simply makes Austria. You could always reach out if there was anything or ring the bell downstairs. From check-in to check-out, everything was great. Glad to come back!☺️

The apartment is very quiet and ideal for the ski resort. The amenities are more than plentiful. It was very nice to relax there for a few days. The host is friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

We were in the ski holidays right now. It was beautiful, we all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It had everything we needed and the location is great. A few steps to the bus stop and then in less than 1.5 km at the gondola, great. Andrea is very friendly, warm and straightforward.

The two of us stayed in the apartment for a week and were extremely satisfied with everything! The location is great - easy to reach by public transport, supermarket right around the corner. The apartment corresponded to the description - everything was great!

It was now our third ski trip that we spent with Claudius. Everything was fine again. We liked it very much again! We would come back any time and can recommend Claudius's place with a clear conscience. Claudius's house is also ideal for holidays outside the winter season. You are in the middle of a hiking and biking area or you can just enjoy the seclusion. GREAT THING!

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. I stayed at Daniel's apartment for the second time and it was perfect again this time. It has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and you quickly feel like home. I can highly recommend it.

Great accommodation in picturesque surroundings with magnificent mountain views!

The studio is very cozy and well equipped. It offers plenty of storage space and a well-thought-out kitchen. Due to the location on the sunny slope, coffee can be drunk at noon on the small balcony. The building is located directly at the bus stop as well as on the home run. Always happy to come back!

We were traveling as a family and very happy with everything. The accommodation fully met our expectations. Bernd's recommendations were great. The pool in the house was a highlight. The view from the balcony is a dream. We had a lot of fun and relaxation:-)

very nice stay! recommended. ideal for two, but as an adult with two children it also went well. just a pity that we could not enjoy the swimming pool because of renovation works, but Petra definitely compensated for that. perfect base for beautiful walks nearby. recommended!!!

If you want to get out of the comfort zone.. then this is the place for you.. it's a quiet idyllic village zone... it's really something different than weekdays. Taking a free shower... take a flashlight to the toilet,which is about 30 steps away,which is in the big house... it was a special experience!:)the view of the lake from the car is fantastic... thanks for everything:)
