House 4 is a small apartment with a huge and very cool double bedroom. A living room with a double sofa bed, and a dining area. Direct access to the street, the beach and life happening right next door. It has a simple kitchen, but equipped with the essentials for a few days holiday. The bathroom is exterior, because that was how the house was originally and we didn't want to change the structure. However it is attached to the apartment, totally private and the entrance is screened.

When we first visited E23Luz we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. We loved the place so much that we spent 5 months renovating the property extensively with the goal of making the view the main focus. E23Luz offers modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation just a few mins walk from the centre of Luz.

The modern building features large glass windows with wooden accents, reflecting natural light. Lush greenery surrounds the structure, complemented by a spacious outdoor area. A clear pool sits in the foreground, bordered by wooden decking, inviting relaxation.
