Two-bedroom apartment with a living room equipped with a real snooker table, bar, darts, board games, bookcase and reading corner. Outside, there is an unheated swimming pool open from April to September, a pétanque court and a table tennis table. There is also a terrace on the pool side and another on the courtyard side. Secure parking.

In the heart of the countryside, between Dombes and Bresse, 100 m² cottage on the 1st floor of the owners' house. Access is via an external staircase on a small private wooden balcony. Take full advantage of the calm of the place. Independent entrance to an equipped kitchen (no oven at the moment) and a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm, another bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and a relaxation area with 1 child bed (70 x 135). Shower room and separate toilet. Electric heating.

For a business trip or a few days with the family, we will be happy to host you in an independent accommodation with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, adjoining our house in a green setting without neighbors, 10 minutes from the center of Bourg en Bresse, 10 minutes from the A40 highway entrance and 5 minutes from a supermarket, car essential. You can also enjoy the private pool from June 10 to September 15 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (bath towels are not provided)
