Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious 1 BR/1BA suite, including a living space appointed with table, sleeper sofa, & kitchenette. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

Explore 35+ wooded acres surrounded by national forest in the Rocky Mountains. A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax or adventure in a modern cabin cut into a rock wall <15 mins from Salida, CO. We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Casa Del Rio is a 4 BR, 3 BA, 8 per max, pet friendly getaway located directly on the Arkansas River, just upstream of Fisherman‘s Bridge, between the Milk Run and Brown’s Canyon. 5 minutes north to Buena Vista. Newly updated this home is elegant, comfortable, and the perfect place to get away. While staying here you can toss in your fishing line, launch your raft, kayak, SUP, or duckie, gather at the fire pit next to the river, or simply lounge in the hot tub (seats 4-6) or dry sauna (seats 2).

Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property while you sip on a good ol' cup-a-joe. Your host family lives on property and is happy to help should you need anything, while ensuring that you have the privacy you'd like. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
