The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". This beautifully designed and fully equipped property is ideal for a beach holiday in the summer away from the big crowds and traffic. Also it is a great for a winter escape if you want to work remotely or just soak up the sun. The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room is spacious and the kitchen fully equipped. What makes the place special is the outdoor dining and chill area, which you can either use with window curtains closed or opened. The view is incredible.
