Located on the ground floor, this former outbuilding, measuring 35 m², opens directly onto our peaceful, tree-lined courtyard. This is your enchanting getaway in the heart of old Montbard: an ecosystem designed for your relaxation, tastefully combining the character of the old with the comforts of a contemporary renovation (excellent insulation, high-performance individual heating).

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Enjoy my elegant and spacious non-smoking accommodation in the city center, a stone's throw from the train station and shops. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children maximum The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an Italian shower. This accommodation is my place of residence when you are not staying there, you will be assured of always having it clean and comfortable
