We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

We had a wonderful stay in this thoughtfully managed by Déborah, whose warm welcome and availability really made a difference. The house is located in a very quiet location, ideal for relaxing, with a superb swimming pool and perfectly maintained. The place is clean, well-equipped and you feel a real attention to detail. A great starting point to discover the region while enjoying the calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Very beautiful place. We had a wonderful stay

This place is no ordinary place – it's a little paradise that feels right at home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and makes you forget everyday life immediately. It is a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take care of the property with great care, but also meet their guests with real warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they got a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side all the time – with a self-evident that touched us deeply. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best review you can give.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

What else can I say, great apartment, very very nice, managed very well and you find everything you need, nothing is missing, not to mention the excellent cleanliness I am often in Sardinia for family reasons I have stayed in many different places and here I can write that I have seen the difference, the apartment is located in a quiet intimate historic area and with a view of the church bell tower which in the evening has its beauty, if I have to be picky, the parking, if you think of parking in front of the entrance door it is not like that. Fantastic stay at Monica's beautiful home perfectly situated within Is Molas Resort. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to stunning local beaches and amenities.The house itself was incredibly welcoming and homey, making us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed spending time by the lovely swimming pool, which was immaculately maintained and a highlight of our stay. Monica was an outstanding host. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Having previously stayed at her other property in Puglia, we were delighted to find the same high standards and thoughtful touches that made both experiences truly memorable. We highly recommend this charming property and can't wait to return again!

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

Davide is a great and very responsive host, we landed early in the morning, we were able to have the place as soon as he was available. He gave us recommendations about the surroundings that we followed extensively and we are not disappointed. Quiet environment, we were able to eat every day in the courtyard. We didn't have time to test the barbecue (too bad) but it made you want! The bedding is quality, having back problems, I slept very well without any pain. The kitchen is certainly small but super functional, no need to have bigger. There is a spar 5 minutes walk from the house, no more expensive than another large area, very convenient! So I would definitely recommend Davide and her house.

The house is beautiful , with large indoor and outdoor spaces, cared for in every detail and very clean . Surrounded by nature, it guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

We searched for accommodation close to the sea, approached by taxi from the airport. It's very well equipped, spacious, clean, and we've had six of us. Nearby Coop shop, 12 minutes to the bus stop. We took the yellow bus PF to Cagliari, it's about 50 minutes. Martina's father welcomed me and explained everything. There were mineral waters in the fridge and orange and lemon on the table. What was a little lacking was the wifi for six of us.

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

we stayed in this house from April 22 to 27. Clean and fragrant well-kept apartment with every comfort, comfortable and bright spaces. the nearest beach can be reached in about 25/30 monuti on foot . The car or bike is much more comfortable . we didn't meet personally Riccardo and Francesca but they were still very kind and helpful . Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.
