We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be delighted to provide you with some tips and recommendations. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

A mezzanine open to the living room and a wood-burning stove contribute to making the living room a warm place. Starting point for hiking or biking, the village is close to the Parc des Ecrins, 5 small ski resorts and 6 km from a Bourgs with many shops and services.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, we offer a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, suitable for a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, ideal for relaxing. Ideally located for hiking, ski resorts, swimming, farmers’ markets, Golf Gap-Bayard (10 minutes away), cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 minutes; Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur: 7 minutes) Please note that we do not provide bed linen or bath towels.
