Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Gîte du Tilleul farm stay

Claudine and Louise are very happy to host you in their cottage. Being passionate about our profession, we decided to develop this small farmhouse in order to discover nature, calm, animals and our dairy products. This cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom. Two bedrooms occupy the upper floor and another on the ground floor. Possibility to eat outside under the large linden tree of the courtyard with direct access to the barn with summer lounge.

This old outbuilding is located in a very small hamlet, between meadows and forests, where life is good and very quiet. Renovated in a clean and thoughtful style so you can feel like you're in a cozy, cozy little nest. On the terrace or in the shade of the maple tree, admire the vast expanse that opens onto the Puy-de-la-Roche, changing in different shades according to the hours and seasons. Le Béchat is the perfect place to spend good times with family or friends in this very nice house of 80 square meters, totally renovated two years ago, a real little gem in the heart of a property of 40 hectares of forests and fields. With its two bedrooms whose large Velux windows offer views of the trees and surrounding nature, it will charm you with its cozy appearance, its magnificent view of the stream and animals (alpacas, ponies, donkeys, horses, goats, sheep...)

Le gîte est situé au cœur d'un magnifique parc arboré de 4800 m² cloturé, offrant une véritable immersion dans la nature. Notre chalet de 110m² peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 6 personnes.
