Great place for a big group. Close to airport. Loved the rural setting with kangaroos running in front yard. Bedrooms were upstairs and bathroom and other amenities downstairs. Fantastic host

Fantastic tiny home with an accomodating host who cares about their guests!

Second time at Jays, the place is at the end of a court with the facilities at the back of the house it is very safe and secure and quiet. Obviously you will need a car but it is an easy drive to shopping centres, 4kilometres, and the airport. Close to freeway to take you into the City or Geelong Frankston Peninsula etc. Coffee shops and pizza, kfc, McDonald’s etc. very comfortable bed great reverse cycle air cond, hot water from shower. Jay just leaves you alone but if needed is available. Peter and Jackie.

Perfect for our family of 5, with ample activities to keep the children engaged during our stay. Located in a quiet part of town, with town centre a walkable distance away. Beautifully presented and clean. Will definitely book this place again next time.
