Autumn, winter and early spring are perfect times of the year for a reset getaway. Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more!

The apartment is situated in a peaceful Mediterranean village overlooking the Adriatic sea. It is the best choice for those looking forward to serenity and peace. It is 5-minute walking distance from the white gravel beach and the clearest blue sea in Northern Adriatic. National parks of Plitvice and Krk are 2-hour drive away, forest park Velebit, Crikvenica and Baska one our drive. You can enjoy the hectic daylife and return to your apartment and enjoy a glass of wine with the best view.

Apartman Fili nalazi se u naselju Trbušnjak u vili Sunce. Vila Sunce je novogradnja, dovršena na kraju 2018. godine, te su stanovi potpuno novi i tehnički vrlo dobro opremljeni. Apartman je u potpunosti namješten, a ima c. 50 m². Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na predivnu terasu sa koje seže pogled na cijelo područje grada i susjednih otoka. U apartmanu su dvije klime ( hlađenje- grijanje), a parking je osiguran. Grad je prepun kulturno-povijesnih lokaliteta, a okolica prirodnim ljepotama.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the beach, nightlife, public transport. You’ll love my place because of The view, , the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).Apartment is located in the city center 10 m from the see. The entrance to the building is from the back .The address is "Frankopanski trg 3". The apartment is located on the third floor.

Senzacionalni pogled na more,otoke,zalaske sunca je dostupan iz svih prostorija. Udaljenost do prve šljunčane plaže i restorana je oko 50m,a do grada ,koji ima sve gradske sadržaje je 2,5km. Od toga je 2 km šetnica uz more.

Everything in the apartment is brand new and decorated with lots of love to make them feel at home. Shops, restaurants , the beach and everything you need is within 100 to 400 meters.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
