We had a really nice stay. Trang gave us clear instructions for the check in and was very responsive and helpful the whole time. I personally liked that the apartment is not in the center of the touristy places (we mostly booked a taxi on the Grab app and went to Old Town for example; this takes around 15-25mins depending on the traffic) and that a lot of local cafes were around. The street seems busy over the day but it was very quiet at night and in the morning. We would definitely recommend staying there if you also like it a lil less touristy.

Good place, small. Only thing that could be better is more kitchen utensils, but it was nice that they was soy sauce, hot sauce, dishwashing liquid, netflix

Stayed here for three nights, I self checked in after midnight and it was an easy process to figure out. The building is very secure, didn't feel unsafe at all. Location - I loved the location, I was amongst where the locals live, not the tourists. The studio flat is over an hour walk from Hanoi Old Quarter, Taxi/Bike is 15/20minutes. Building - Please note this is a new building, there is currently work going on - until completed, you will hear banging. Washing Machine - is located on the 7th floor, I messaged the owner as I didn't know where it was at the time (no details on AirBnB profile) the owner got back to me over 24hours later late at night, I was leaving the following morning. Please note you will need to buy your on washing machine detergent etc. Studio Room - Was perfect, nice clean bathroom, shower was lovely, comfortable bed, air con was a blessing and having a fridge to put my water in, couldn't go wrong. Overall, I highly reccomend.

Nguyen and Family’s place is great. It’s a full service modern building with a 24/7 doorman and staff. It’s equal to any western modern building with full kitchen, two new bathrooms, two large bedrooms and a big living room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The location is great too. It’s away from the touristy hustle and you can enjoy a bit of local shops and life. Can’t recommend enough.
