Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Bupyeong District

We stayed here for 8 nights, the host was quick to respond to messages, always able to answer specific questions and provide assistance, the room was ample and clean, it was a ten minute walk from Tangsan station to save us a lot of transportation, recommended for all travelers who want to go to Seoul.

Convenient location, communicative host, spacious with everything you need! Would stay again.

I checked in too late, but it was nice to have so many things to enjoy in the accommodation that I thought I'd come in and play without playing outside!! All the items were clean, and the room was so warm that I slept really well! It was such a shame to stay for a day!! I think I'll book again next time!!

My friend and I stayed at Minjoo's place for 10 days and we loved every part of it. Close to everything, clean, nice view, easy access etc. We especially loved the beds and bedding as they were super comfortable. I have stayed at many places in Hongdae and this have been my favorite place so far. Worth the price :)

It was neat, close to Songdo landmarks, and there were many amenities nearby, so it was nice.

It's fun to barbecue while watching the scenery from the accommodation in the station area ~ It was nice to play outside and come in because it was around Hapjeong!

The structure of the house is unusual, but I booked it because I could see it. The host was also kind, so I was impressed. Pros Has private parking lot The view of the window on the right is very good. Bathroom is your style (bathtub, etc.) Fluffy bedding Funny house structure Hospitable Host Close to hot places such as Yeonnam-dong, Yeonhui-dong, etc. Cons Laborers are visible during the day due to the construction of the building in front of the building (Soundproofing is quiet unless you open the window) The bathroom also has a window, so you need to be careful when washing and going out during the day. (There is a robe in the bathroom) There's a real host's stuff A home that feels like an Airbnb I'm sensitive, so if my bed changes, I often go all night. I slept really well. I'll visit again at the beginning of next month:)

A house with everything. Iron, hair straightener, microwave, tableware, extra toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.. Thanks to you, I had less luggage and rested comfortably before heading out! Great for two or three people to come together!!

The accommodation is an 8–10 minute walk from the lively Hongdae area and about 10 minutes from Yeonnam-dong. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a peaceful stay in a convenient location. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays and group trips. Since we traveled with elders, we often ended our day early and brought back takeout for dinner. The kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals or reheat food, with a microwave and oven available. Ready-to-eat rice packs are easily found at nearby convenience stores, which is very convenient for those used to eating rice. All three bedrooms are spacious enough to comfortably open two 23-inch suitcases each, providing plenty of room. Overall, it’s a great place for family or group travel.

It was clean and nice ~ The floor was warm, so it was easy to stay until late.

Hongdae Exit No.3 Easy to walk to👍 But on the third floor, it's the stairs. Our whole group of boys don't mind👍 The owner was also very helpful in returning messages very quickly Would also help with garbage sorting out a decent stay

I played with 14 people. It was very clean and there were a lot of beds, so it was good for a lot of people to play.

Host is very kind and very accommodating! We can’t be more thankful to the host, very helpful. Place is clean and has all our basic needs. We’re not sure how to turn on the ac so we just open the door since it’s pretty cold outside anyways - not really a bother. We had a very good sleep throughout our stay. Place is secure. Very recommended as this place is also close to many restaurants, subways and Hongdae so hands up!

Kim was a great host. He was always responsive and great communication. He and his wis wife took us out to dinner on an authentic korean place. We felt right at home. One of the best experiences in airbnb for me.

My family and I had a great 8 nights stay at Jane's apartment. Jane was very communicative and responsive host. A cozy, beautiful, clean and spacious home. The beddings provided are very comfortable. Location is right next to Hongdae street, very convenient for shopping and lots of food around the area too. Highly recommended. Jane is truly a superhost! Unfortunately, during the trip my mum fell ill. Jane came over to check on her late at night walking in the cold weather. The next day she went the extra mile to even bring us to a clinic. We're very thankful for her kind gesture. As tourists in a foreign country, we felt bless having such a kind host with her constant check-ins on us and the care provided. Thank you Jane! Definitely looking to stay in your apartment again in the near future!

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

Clean place, responsive host, the place is close to restaurants and marts. Worth every penny spent here.
