Super cute and cozy place to stay. We loved that it had a washer and clothes hanger. Nice location too! Easy to walk around the town without a car. Maria was genuinely nice, friendly, and caring.

Marta's place is super complete, it has everything you need to have a good weekend. The heating in winter is going great, and it is super warm. Marta is very kind, and always took care of us with a smile, which is to be appreciated. They answered all the questions. We were very comfortable and had no issues any issues. 100% recommended

Everything is perfect!!From communication with César, always aware that the stay was as pleasant as possible, to the location of the accommodation, in the center of the historic center. In addition it is an ideal accommodation to visit Soria,Valladolid,Palencia...Very well located strategically. In the stay we did not lack anything, there were napkins, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc... The beds were very comfortable and they had the detail to warm up the stay before our arrival. Also highlight the flexibility of time at the entrance and departure. It was a perfect vacation, in which the choice of accommodation contributed to it.

The apartment is very cozy, it has a skylight with views of the sky and you can see the stars at night. Very clean and with everything you need to live and even cook. We felt right at home. The village is very quiet and very nice, it has a lake with a path that borders it for walking. Helmut is a very good host, he was always attentive to make sure we were comfortable. Clear instructions for check-in, he was recommending many places to eat and things to do. Even on the day of check-out he told us that we could leave later if we wanted to, which is very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the trip!

PERFECT STAY!!!! We spent New Year's Eve in the house and couldn't have a better choice. It is a cozy, clean, very nice house and the fireplace makes it perfect. Just what we were looking for. It's not missing any detail. From the same village there are several hiking trails through the pine bars of the area, highly recommended to do. The hostess was very kind and helpful to all our needs. We'll definitely be back.

We traveled from Puerto Rico to Spain with a family of 10 and the place more than exceeded our expectations. Our hostess Blanca greeted us with a very warm welcome and specialized attention to all our needs. The place was large enough for all of us , excellent location and setting. The yard was lovely and the surroundings of nature allowed us to enjoy long hikes along nature . The location was excellent and we were able to enjoy many nearby interesting places, towns and famous historical sites and locations. The house was beautiful, cozy and comfortable and large enough to suit all our needs , fully stocked and Blanca was an excellent hostess and communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Los Perales for a future stay

Marta was very attentive before our stay and made it easy for us to check in. The house is very nice and is in a very cool rural place to disconnect and enjoy nature. The linens on the beds are quite fair for the size of the beds, but they are comfortable. Overall, highly recommended experience.

Eduardo has been available in all inquiries we made to him during the stay. It guided us very well to get to the apartment. We don't need anything that wasn't in the house. If I come back to Soria, I will return to this apartment.

The apartment was new in excellent condition, Javier at all times informed me of places to shop, eat and places to visit as well as additional information, without hesitation I would return.
