Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. On the 3rd floor with beautiful views, a newly furnished modern apartment awaits you for max. 3 people with 2 bedrooms and a well-equipped modern kitchen. A washing machine offers long-term bookers more comfort. A gym with sauna is 5 minutes away, tram, playground, Aldi and official facilities are all within walking distance.
