The open floor plan includes a FB in the newly renovated downstairs bedroom, an office, and a sofa bed in the living area. Bathroom is small, but fully functional. Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

We are centrally located between Burke Mtn and Jay Peak resort, both being 30 minutes away. We sit 1/4 mile from the VAST trail and are near several lakes and hiking trails.
