Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

The apartment offers a beautiful view and is modern and newly renovated. The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24.
