Chalet Bellavista - a balcony on Swiss Alps

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

We are 20 minutes from the port and beach of Sciez à Pied or 3min by car ( 1.3 km ) 30 minutes from ski resorts and 30 minutes from the centre of Geneva. Info: Non-autonomous check-in, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out is self-contained, 11am maximum. The property must be returned as clean as you got it on arrival. Bath towels not provided. Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

Fully equipped studio apartment. Welcoming with its 22m2 space offers a feeling of timeless comfort created for special moments and a peaceful stay. Its 140x200cm double bed guarantees quality sleep. By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Payment methods : Cash or via Airbnb's resolution center.

Close to lake and amenities. Geneva and Lausanne 25-30 km away. Balcony on 3 sides, large green spaces and courtyard shared with the other residents. Large TV. Arranged kitchen and all necessities. Bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Free parking.

Beautiful independent apartment with 2 large bedrooms with kitchen and balcony in a FAMILY building. Several restaurants and bars in close proximity. Grocery stores, bakery, ice cream parlors and street tobacco. Close to beach and playground for kids. Free space in the underground parking which is 50m from the accommodation. I live in the same building with my daughter Mina. 10-minute walk from the train station.
